A few useful first steps

I can’t connect to my server

Check that the server address opens from your device and that your server is running. If you’re away from home, check your server’s remote access setup. Avelio connects directly to your media provider.

A movie or episode won’t play

Check your connection and try another title. In your message, include the provider, device, app version and the error shown. Playback support depends on the file, server and device.

I need help with Avelio Plus

For an existing purchase, try Restore purchases in Avelio. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account’s subscription settings.

Does Avelio include movies and shows?

Avelio connects to your Jellyfin, Plex, Emby or Hearth server. It does not include a commercial movie or TV library. You need permission to access the content on your server.
